About/Contact
I grew up in Colorado but have spent nearly all my adult life living and working in Alaska. I began photographing nature, street scenes, and other subjects shortly after completing college. My interest and passion for photography has continued to grow since then and I am associated with a major stock agency which markets my work for editorial and advertising purposes (see these images here). I also print and directly sell fine art photographs which are held in many private collections throughout the U.S. and by the Anchorage Museum (see here).
In addition, I have published a number of online books which are available for purchase or preview at blurb.com . The titles include the following:
- Rock, Rock Art, and Ruins
- Road Trip, Colorado to Alaska, May 2011
- Norah, with her Family in Connecticut
- Stories from My Early Years
- Animals
- People
Living in Alaska for the past 46 years, and the opportunities I have had to travel throughout the U.S. Southwest, Canada, Africa, and Cuba has provided a rich opportunity for photographing the landscape, wildlife, and a variety of human activities.
